A lot of coaches emphasize the need to sell the transformation to our potential clients by sharing topics or deliverables. Even though that is important, your clients might be left wondering how you’ll get them there and whether it’s actually possible for them to achieve that result! If we focus too much on the transformation, our potential clients may feel doubtful they can achieve what they set out to do. That’s why it’s so important for coaches and online experts to be able to succinctly describe HOW they’re going to get their clients results, not just WHAT those results are!
