One of the main obstacles I hear from coaches who are launching or scaling programs:
Fear of visibility - in some shape or form.
If you're just starting, it can feel paralyzing to go from deciding "I'm launching a group program" to actually putting yourself out there and doing it.
And quite frankly, people freeze in this phase. I don't want that for you!
And it happens again in the scaling phase. When you start getting in front of new audiences, a fear of visibility can come up again... Just in a different way.
